Thursday in the Garden

Many of you will remember last week when we showed the following picture of our baby fevvers...

Well, this was taken on Sunday of this week...they are getting so big!
On Wednesday morning they were all gone from the nest, so we think they have flown the coop!  Best of luck to our fevvers!

  1. Those fevvers have grown very fast. We get excited when the babies have flying lessons and mum has to keep a very close eye on us.

  2. They do grow very fast! Back in May 2008 we had house sparrows nesting in a hanging basket off our front entry. They hatched and were gone within a week. The mom gently took the basket down and snapped pics of them every day, from eggs to feathers. (She didn't touch them of course!)
